As a part-time Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and cultivating positive lifetime relationships with customers across all careerzynith communication channels. You'll be a subject matter expert, providing empathetic, detail-oriented solutions to customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with our team to continually enhance the customer experience.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional service and cultivate positive lifetime relationships with customers across all careerzynith communication channels (phone, email, live chat, social media, and SMS)
- Stay informed about all careerzynith products, fit, styles, and inventory to assist customers in finding the perfect look for their individual style and events
- Resolve customer inquiries with care and creativity, providing a personalized, unique service tailored to their needs, while meeting quality and productivity goals in our fast-paced environment
- Share customer feedback and insights with team members and leaders to continually enhance the customer experience
- Foster an empathetic, positive, and collaborative team culture that thrives on diversity and energy
- *Essential Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Passionate about customer-centricity and delivering exceptional service
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer conversations at a time and meet productivity and quality goals with ease
- Resilient and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with experience working with computer systems and software (G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- High speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with a minimum 10Mbps connection (careerzynith will provide laptop & headset)
