- *Role Purpose**
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them navigate our services. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective responses to their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance our customer service offerings.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first-line responses and timely resolutions to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone.
- Proactively identify patterns or trends within the department, allowing us to continually improve our processes and services.
- Continuously learn and develop knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- *Essential Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
- Proven experience working in a remote environment, with strong computer literacy and written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar.
- Experience with various customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat.
