- *Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Providing exceptional customer service through clear and concise communication, active listening, and empathy
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-4 years of customer service-related experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Bilingual Spanish (NOT REQUIRED but a PLUS)
