Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing effective and courteous customer service to our internal and external customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities



  • Answer patient phone calls, resolving issues in one phone call whenever possible

  • Open ARR inquiries as needed and return phone calls once ARR is answered to resolve issues in one phone call

  • Report collection agency payments in a timely manner

  • Generate correspondence to resolve customer disputes

  • Document every phone call, ensuring accurate and detailed records

  • Accept and perform other work as assigned by the Customer Service Lead, Customer Service Supervisor, Regional Business Manager, or Executive Team

Education and Experience Requirements

You will also need to have at least two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Specifically, we are looking for individuals with:



  • At least two years of experience working in a call center and/or customer service

  • Experience in the medical billing field (preferred)

  • Computer operating systems experience in Windows 7 or Windows 10 (preferred)

  • Computer software programs experience in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)

  • Ability to type and use a 10-key accurately (preferred)
