As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our public health programs, supporting compliance with data requirements set by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), Ryan White, BPHC, and other grant funders.   • *Primary Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

### Data Entry and Management

  • Accurately enter client- and service-level data into internal databases and DPH reporting systems in a timely manner.
  • Upload required data files to secure state servers per program deadlines.
  • Conduct regular audits of data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

### Data Quality Assurance

  • Review and resolve discrepancies or missing data in collaboration with program staff.
  • Monitor data for trends that may indicate systemic errors or workflow breakdowns.
  • Follow protocols for safeguarding sensitive client data in compliance with HIPAA and internal privacy policies.

### Staff Support and Training

  • Assist with documenting and maintaining data entry workflows.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to program staff on data entry procedures and systems.
  • Support onboarding of new staff by delivering data systems orientation, as needed.

### Meets Agency Participatory Expectations

  • Adheres to all agency and departmental policies and procedures.
