As a part-time remote customer service agent, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing personalized support to our customers while working from the comfort of your own home. - Record and document customer concerns using internal systems

- *Primary Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries about shipments, accounts, and services + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner+ Provide accurate information regarding package tracking, billing, and delivery times+ Resolve customer concerns and issues in a fair and efficient manner

- Must be based in or near New York, NY and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
