As an Experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shareholders, helping them navigate the proxy season process. You'll work closely with our clients to ensure their shareholder communications are handled efficiently and effectively. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to shareholders via phone, email, and online channels
- Assist shareholders with understanding the proxy season process, including voting instructions and deadlines
- Answer questions and resolve issues related to shareholder communications, proxy materials, and voting processes
- Work closely with our clients to ensure their shareholder communications are handled efficiently and effectively
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, first-call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment
- Minimum 6 months of outbound call experience within the last 24 months
- Experience persuading customers to complete a task, such as casting their vote
- Clear and professional speaking voice, with the ability to work with affluent customers
- Ability to read and interpret call scripts verbatim
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, and dual-monitor setup
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

- Experience working in a similar role, such as a proxy season support or shareholder communications position
- Knowledge of the proxy season process and shareholder communications best practices
- Experience working with public companies or financial institutions
- Certification in customer service or a related field
