As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Associate – Pharmacy Customer Service, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and patients, including greeting them, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Processing transactions on a sales register, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry, including patient and medication information.
- Assisting pharmacists with tasks, such as filling prescriptions, counting and pouring medications, and checking for potential interactions.

- Processing manual cases for outside program prescription services and performing other administrative tasks as assigned.

- Assisting with food and product placement, including raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves.
- Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo services and banner printing.
- Taking on web pick-up orders and delivering them to customers as they arrive at the store.
