We are looking for a part-time Remote Data Entry Operator / Typing Specialist to work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day.   • *Responsibilities:**

As a Remote Data Entry Operator / Typing Specialist, your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • **Performing Data Entry:** Enter clients' personal data, services, and other relevant information into various databases with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • **Searching Database:** Search database as needed to retrieve information and update records.
  • **Reviewing Intake Forms:** Review intake forms for completeness and update data system with changes.
  • **Collaborating with Team Members:** Work with the Healthcare Admin Jobs Data and Compliance Coordinator for systems evaluation and implementation.
  • **Performing Other Duties:** Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • *Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • **Language Skills:** Read and comprehend basic instructions and present information to others. Read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • **Mathematical/Money Handling Skills:** Basic counting skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing simple numbers. Handle cash receipts, donations, postage, and petty cash.
  • **Reasoning Ability:** Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in typing with a minimum of 55 words per minute. Display competency in data entry with a minimum of 10 keystrokes per minute.
  • **Specialized Office Equipment:** Operate/program fax machine to send or receive documents, operate/program copy machine, and operate copier/scanner.
  • **Computer Software and Operating Systems:** Utilize computer spreadsheet (Excel) to input, format, and edit data and save, print, or transmit data. Utilize computer word processing (Word) to input, format, and edit documents and save, print, or transmit documents. Utilize computer databases to create data files, input, format, and edit data and save, print, or transmit data. Utilize internet/e-mail to access, compose, send, retrieve, save, print, or transmit documents, or data files, or electronic communication. Operate personal computer with Windows operating system to start programs, input, format, and edit data files and print or transmit data. Utilize proprietary, custom, or online programs or databases to input, format, and edit data and save, print, or transmit data.
  • **Specify Software:** Proficiency in Case Worthy and CDS software.
