- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent – Ticket & Gate Operations, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Ticket Agent:** + Greet and assist customers with the ticketing and baggage check-in process+ Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets+ Manage the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel+ Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts+ Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
- **Gate Agent:** + Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding+ Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, checking, and handling baggage+ Operate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors+ Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
