We're seeking an experienced Phone and Chat Specialist to join our team at careerzynith. As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, as well as multiple chat channels, in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also be responsible for verifying nurses' credentials, following up with customers, and providing solutions and alternatives to meet their needs.   • *Responsibilities**

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing multiple chat channels at one time
  • Following communication "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Accessing company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call
  • Performing data entry and customer service skills
  • Being able to navigate online efficiently
  • Working requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift
  • Identifying customers' needs, researching to see if request has credentials needed
  • Skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
  • Being available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
  • Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions
  • Flexibility to cross-train as requested
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful as a Phone and Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
  • Technical savvy
  • Previous remote work from home experience a plus
  • Quick learner and able to work independently
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
  • Work hours: Shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST) Work Days: Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
  • Paid Training: 3 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
  • Status: Full Time 40 hours
  • Equipment Provided: Option-Equipment will be shipped to you for full-time permanent employees
