As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life. You'll have the chance to resolve complex consumer issues, advise first-level representatives on high-level issues, and provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for fearless individuals who share our passion for excellence.

  • Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
  • Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
  • Support policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
  • *Qualifications**

We're looking for individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience minimum
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • *Work from Home Requirements**
  • Internet Requirements:
  • + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms+ Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN+ Proof of internet speed required+ Clean and quiet workspace
