As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life. You'll have the chance to resolve complex consumer issues, advise first-level representatives on high-level issues, and provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns. • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
• Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
• Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
• Support policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

• *Qualifications**

We're looking for individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months of customer service experience minimum
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

• Internet Requirements:
