As a Property Coordinator/Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Checking source documents for accuracy and verifying and correcting data where necessary
  • Transcribing information into required electronic formats
  • Checking completed work for accuracy and responding to requests for information and accessing relevant files

  • Two (2) years of courses in a designated field or trade school, and three (3) years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

  • Ability to plan and work selecting proper tools, compare and understand differences in size, shape, and form, and recognize and report safety hazards
  • Understanding of inventory processes and ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Two (2) years of college courses in a related field, plus four (4) years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience for a total of six (6) years
  • Familiarity with MAXIMO and Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of government property processes and recordkeeping
  • Receiving and inspection experience
