  • *Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and developing recommendations to improve our quality control processes. You'll work closely with our Quality Control team to gather and analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to address these issues.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Help create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities.
  • Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to support the applicable areas of the analysis to ease partner understanding.
  • Assist in creating and disseminating specific questions to pull and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
  • Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team.
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors.
  • Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
  • May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Analysis, Statistics, or Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large datasets with precision and care.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation materials to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Ability to understand and apply data analysis principles to identify root causes and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience with data analysis software, such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with PowerPoint to create presentations for verbal communications.
  • Past internship, capstone project, or research coursework in a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with data governance and compliance regulations.
