As an Experienced Ramp & Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, while also contributing to the efficient handling of aircraft and ground equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of passengers and baggage, as well as the handling of ground equipment and aircraft
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of airport facilities and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of passengers and baggage, as well as the handling of ground equipment and aircraft

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or airport operations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or airport operations role
  • Experience working with ground equipment and aircraft
  • Knowledge of airport operations and safety protocols
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
