- **Schedule/Shift:** Day shift with one weekend workday
- **Location:** Remote position, but candidates must be located in Missouri

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting patients calling in with account management and overall support needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying customer needs, researching issues to provide alternatives or solutions

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- **2 years of previous call center experience** (required)
- **Remote experience** (required)
- **Personable and professional oral and written communication skills**

- **Pharmacy or other patient care experience is a plus!**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution

- Experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly in pharmacy or patient care
- Familiarity with medication benefit management and related healthcare concepts
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
