Key Responsibilities



  • Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities, to meet clients' unique needs and preferences

  • Process payments on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and secure transactions

  • Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after travel, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally

Essential Qualifications



  • Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States

  • Must have a smartphone and/or a computer with reliable internet access

  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients and vendors

  • Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests and preferences

  • Ability to manage time and be organized, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

  • Attention to accuracy and detail, ensuring error-free transactions and communications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent phone and email etiquette

  • Computer and Internet knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
