In this dynamic role, you will handle inbound phone calls, schedule service and maintenance appointments, maintain our customer database, and perform daily outbound calls. You will also be responsible for routing technicians based on location and fostering a positive team atmosphere within the dispatch team. • *Work Schedule**

While we value flexibility and work-life balance, we do require our Remote Customer Experience Specialist - Dispatcher to be available during the following hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home (8AM-5PM with a 1-hour lunch break)
• Wednesday: On-site at our Chantilly office (8AM-5PM with a 1-hour lunch break)

• *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• 1+ year of previous call center experience
• Typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• Accurate documentation skills using our customer database (Service Titan)

• High-speed internet
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
