Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with C-level Executives and People Teams to design, communicate, train, and implement Talent Development & Culture initiatives that drive organizational change.

  • Create Engaging Content or source external content from providers/vendors to support Talent Management and Culture initiatives.

  • Propose Innovative Methodologies to improve existing processes based on industry research and best practices.

  • Conduct Educational and Training Sessions across various business units to promote Talent Development & Culture initiatives.

  • Monitor and Track Success Metrics through annual employee engagement surveys to measure the effectiveness of employee programs.

  • Articulate Organizational Culture through effective storytelling and messaging that showcases company values and cultural norms.

  • Lead Culture Initiatives such as engagement activities, cultural calendar creation, employee recognition processes, and onboarding.

  • Develop and Implement DE&I Programming that enhances the employee experience and fosters a sense of belonging throughout their lifecycle within the organization.

Essential Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • A Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in Human Resources, preferably within a high-tech engineering environment.

  • Proven Expertise in Talent Management and Talent Development.

  • Demonstrable Experience in Diversity Management and implementing Culture Change initiatives.

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills with a proven track record of managing HR projects.

  • Knowledge of Relevant HR Laws and Regulations.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional Certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR) is advantageous.
