  • *The Role**

As a Retail Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing order processing, and ensuring accurate scheduling. This role involves analyzing customer information, processing orders, and handling permits and inspections, all while working in a hybrid model of three days onsite and two days remote. You'll be the face of careerzynith, building strong relationships with our customers, and delivering solutions that meet their needs.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Respond to customer (homeowner)/delivery partner requests/inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process complex orders/requests with 100% accuracy from intake to filing, ensuring seamless order fulfillment
  • Update the customer management system accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
  • Clarify, diagnose, and resolve customer order issues, providing solutions that meet their needs
  • Schedule appointments with homeowners, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling
  • Create packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle permits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Prepare customer correspondence, communicating effectively and professionally
  • Identify and implement ways to improve overall level of service, driving continuous improvement
  • Communicate order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provide customer/delivery partner feedback
  • Administer programs, such as customer referral programs, to drive engagement and loyalty
  • May train others in office and customer service processes, sharing knowledge and expertise
  • May create purchase orders, process payments, or process receipts, ensuring accurate financial management
  • *Requirements**
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-4 years' work experience in order processing or a related field
  • Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet, and general computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills, with the ability to facilitate problem resolution and build strong relationships
  • Intermediate writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Ability to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area, with a customer-centric approach
