- *Job Summary**
As an Experienced Retail Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll also be responsible for data entry tasks, including registering sales on assigned cash registers and maintaining accurate inventory levels. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Engage customers and provide assistance with products and services, resolving consumer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a tremendous customer experience
- Fashion and share customer support best practices with all team members to deliver a unique and beautiful patron experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and arenaflex carrier traits (e.g., providing assistance proactively, identifying needs, servicing till satisfied, etc.)
- Present customers with courteous, pleasant, speedy, and efficient service, recommending products for sale and trade-up and/or partner products
- Register customer purchases on assigned cash registers, collect cash, and distribute change as requested; process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
- Maintain counters and shelves smooth and well-merchandised, take inventory, and continue facts; test in and fee products as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by shift leader
- Implement agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss
- Ensure compliance with country and local laws and regulations concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
- Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special systems, and sale merchandise; complete resets and revisions as directed
- Assist with separation of food products (e.g., raw ingredients from pre-cooked) and product placement as unique using policies/approaches (e.g., raw and frozen meats on back cabinets); for consumable items, assist in inventory rotation, the use of the first-in, first-out technique, and restock outs
- Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
- Provide customer support in the photo location, including virtual passport image service, poster print, and innovative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo merchandise
- Assume net pickup obligations (monitors orders in photo care plus, fills orders, and provides orders to customers as they come to the store)
- Assist with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store conditions and appearance
- Comply with all agency policies and approaches; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers
- Complete unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned
- *Education & Personal Development**
- Attend training and complete PPLs as requested by supervisor or assigned by company
- Participate in ongoing education and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- *Primary Qualifications**
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Six months of experience in retail environments
- Prior experience with arenaflex is a plus
