Key Responsibilities
As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and helping everyone feel valued and understood
- Promoting the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the careerzynith Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
- Supporting clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
- Helping grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
- Maintaining the clinic through upkeep, cleaning, and preparations for your team
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize
- Natural people skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with guests
- A general knowledge of massage and skin care services
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience in the wellness or beauty industry
- Knowledge of careerzynith products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
