As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for following up with customers and pre-qualified leads, acquiring new internet accounts, and assisting with the installation process. - Follow up with customers and pre-qualified leads to acquire new internet accounts
- Assist with the installation process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
- Manage a daily customer list and report to the office once a day

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers

We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. You can choose from two options:
- **5-Day Schedule**: Work Monday through Friday, with two shift options: + 3pm to 9pm+ 10am to 4pm
- **6-Day Schedule**: Work Monday through Saturday, with two shift options: + 4pm to 9pm+ 10am to 3pm
