As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience that meets or exceeds our high standards
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be flexible to meet the needs of our business
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone line
  • Have a noise/distraction-free home office environment
  • Have a desk and an ergonomic chair

To ensure your success in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
  • Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
