Experienced Senior Product Designer – Digital Experience and Capital Markets

As a Senior Product Designer at careerzynith, you will be responsible for designing and delivering digital experiences that meet the needs of our Corporate and Investment Banking clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, client needs, and technical constraints. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with peers, product owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize design work based on client needs and business goals
• Creating and delivering wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design specifications that meet business drivers, product requirements, client needs, and technical considerations
• Ensuring design delivery and show-and-tell with stakeholders to drive project success
• Providing product usability, assessment, and support to product development teams
• Building relationships with stakeholders, gathering feedback, and effectively sharing design approaches
• Collaborating and communicating with colleagues, managers, and directors to resolve issues and achieve objectives
• Guiding teams to be more client-driven and creative in delivering exceptional new experiences
• Working collaboratively with product and technology peers, and other key partners
• Contributing to the development of design standards and guidelines
• Championing design integrity through adherence to processes and established best practices
• Identifying and evaluating industry trends and their impact on the company's design direction
• Participating in the growth of the design community within and beyond careerzynith

• *Required Capabilities**

• 3+ years of experience in online and digital product design, data sciences, visual, and UX design, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Strong UX and visual design skills and proficiency in standard design tools, specifically Figma
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to convey design solutions to a wide range of stakeholders
• Knowledge of various data visualization classes, dashboard design, and complex conditional design
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to independently shape and drive work
• Experience designing successfully within a standards-driven, agile design environment
• Experience working with digital design tools, contributing to style guides, and delivering digital resources for development teams
• Ability to be meticulous, efficient, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize multiple assignments
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working in a design-driven, agile environment
• Familiarity with design systems and design language
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
• Knowledge of front-end development and coding principles
