  • *Job Summary**

As a Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you will provide technical design and thought leadership to our customers, working closely with a world-class sales and business development team. You will lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the careerzynith solution architect community, and gain the opportunity to learn from, collaborate with, and educate some of the brightest technical minds in the industry today across the breadth of enterprise architecture.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional technical design and thought leadership to our customers, working closely with a world-class sales and business development team
  • Lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the careerzynith solution architect community
  • Collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn how to build and move to production-grade AWS environments that support Amazon Connect
  • Define and deliver on-site consulting engagements with partners and customers, including participating in pre-sales on-site visits, understanding customer requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of contact center technologies, including cloud-based platforms, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and CRM systems
  • Work with AWS product, engineering and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps
  • Share real-world implementation challenges and recommend new capabilities that would simplify adoption and drive greater value from use of AWS cloud services
  • Contribute to best practice in the form of whitepapers and playbooks
  • *Requirements**
  • 2 years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
  • 4 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
  • 10 years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
  • Understanding of contact center operations, workflows, and key performance metrics
  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
  • Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
  • In-depth understanding of contact center technologies, including cloud-based platforms, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and CRM systems
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Technical presentation experience, including whiteboard, small and large group presentations
  • Software development experience with building contact center integrations
  • Experience working with AWS services, including Amazon Connect
  • Ability to travel 10-30%
