Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Chat Representative to engage with our customers through our chat platform, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions, while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be instrumental in building relationships with our customers, resolving issues promptly and accurately, and contributing to the overall success of our customer support operations.

Responsibilities

As a Support Chat Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:


  • Engaging with customers via chat to address inquiries and provide support, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their questions.

  • Resolving customer issues promptly and accurately to ensure satisfaction, while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.

  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been adequately resolved, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the outcome and have a positive experience with careerzynith.

Experience and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat environment.

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail, ensuring that all customer interactions are accurate, clear, and concise.

  • The ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality support, ensuring that all customers receive timely and accurate responses to their questions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and accurately.

  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus, but not required.

  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if necessary, to ensure that all customers receive the support they need, when they need it.
