As a Talent Manager – Administrative & Customer Service, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, site visits, and networking events
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled industry professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participating in local trade association and networking events to increase careerzynith's presence in the local business community
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, site visits, and networking events
  • Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled industry professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase careerzynith's presence in the local business community
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates
  • *Qualifications**
  • Degree preferred
  • 1+ years industry experience preferred
  • 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a Metrics-Driven environment
  • At least one year of success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment
  • Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/medium-sized businesses and cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships
  • Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce)
  • Knowledge and familiarity with industry department operations
  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 to $72,000
  • Bonus pay for talent professional positions
