As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Providing chat and email support to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Creating and updating support articles to ensure our customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information
  • Managing billing, refund, and cancellation processes on payment platforms
  • Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform business decisions
  • Analyzing user test videos to understand how clients perceive our product and services
  • Proactively managing our team using ClickUp, Slack, and other tools
  • Helping build a team of customer support superstars
  • Identifying and solving complex problems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting customers in using our proxies effectively
  • Providing chat and email support to our clients

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic to mid-level backend programming skills to understand our technology and services
  • An IT-related background to appreciate the intricacies of our proxy service
  • High-level written and verbal English communication skills to effectively interact with our clients

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • A reliable internet connection and a mic and webcam for meetings
  • Comfort with process documents and ability to follow established procedures
  • Flexibility to work at 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM UTC, if required
