As a Tier 1 Technical Support and Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshooting basic technical and user error issues with web cameras, microphones, and our platform
- Investigating technical issues involving firewall access, installing drivers, and user issues related to Windows and Mac
- Collaborating with school district IT staff, individual home-schooled families, and providers to ensure consistent delivery of our services
- Thoroughly documenting all client interactions within Salesforce
- Independently finding solutions to previously unsolved problems
- Effectively triaging and escalating problems to Tier 2 support when appropriate
- Responding to provider and customer billing questions
- Utilizing our platform to ensure the timely entry of new schools and students
- Fulfilling equipment orders for schools and students

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
