As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• **Fielding inbound calls**: You'll be responsible for answering customer calls and providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
• **Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor**: You'll be the face of careerzynith, and we expect you to provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for our customers.
• **Working efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment**: You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• **Scheduling service appointments**: You'll be responsible for scheduling service appointments and answering basic inquiries as needed.
• **Gathering and updating customer and vehicle information**: You'll need to gather and update customer and vehicle information to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
• **Addressing customer inquiries and concerns**: You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives.
• **Conducting outbound calls**: You'll be required to conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up).
• **Adhering to company direction**: You'll need to strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

• *Position Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• **A quiet workplace, free from distractions**: You'll need to have a dedicated workspace that's free from distractions and interruptions.
• **High-speed internet and a compatible wired headset**: You'll need to have a reliable internet connection and a compatible wired headset to ensure that you can work effectively.
• **Typing skills, minimum of 35 words per minute**: You'll need to be able to type quickly and accurately to meet the demands of this role.
• **Previous customer service experience**: We require previous customer service experience to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer experiences.
