We're looking for a talented and ambitious Wholesale Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues quickly and fully, providing exceptional service and support to our wholesale customers. You'll be the ultimate people person, with a passion for talking and listening to people, and a strong ability to communicate kindly and effectively.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Answering questions and educating customers about careerzynith products and values
- Managing inbound wholesale requests and organizing in CRM
- Order entry, preparing invoices, and tracking shipments
- Help resolve customer issues and billing issues as quickly as possible
- Keep customers satisfied by listening and figuring out what they really want
- Communicating with customers via email, phone, live chat, and text in a respectful, helpful manner at all times
- Staying on top of incoming calls and tickets at the same time (this also means: following up with customers, providing feedback, and seeing problems through to resolution, or escalating unresolved issues if necessary)
- Recommending ways to improve our support process, scripts, and tools

- Self-driven, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with people via email, phone, live chat, and text
- Experience in dealing with customer emails, phone calls, and other interactions
- Works well in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient with Google Docs and Excel
- Experience with different CRM systems and best practices is a plus
