We're seeking an experienced Meta Ads (Facebook&Insta) & GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has hands-on expertise managing multiple ad accounts, and is fluent in connecting paid media to CRM automation through GoHighLevel.

Job Description

Responsibilities
Meta Ads (Facebook&Insta) Management
Set up new Facebook ad accounts from scratch, including Business Manager configuration, pixel installation, domain verification, and Conversions API setup
Troubleshoot ad account issues (disabled accounts, restricted assets, billing problems, attribution/tracking errors, pixel firing issues)
Manage active ad accounts day-to-day: campaign builds, audience targeting, creative testing, budget pacing, and performance optimization
Scale winning campaigns through structured budget increases, audience expansion, CBO/ABO testing, and creative iteration
Monitor creative performance and proactively advise when new creatives will be needed soon (based on fatigue indicators like rising CPMs, declining CTR, frequency thresholds, and CPA drift) so production can be lined up before performance drops
GoHighLevel (GHL) Setup & Integration
Build out new GHL sub-accounts: pipelines, calendars, custom fields, tags, and user permissions
Connect Facebook ad accounts to GHL — lead form integrations, conversion tracking, and proper attribution flow
Design and troubleshoot GHL workflows and automations (lead routing, SMS/email follow-up sequences, appointment booking flows, pipeline stage triggers)
Diagnose and fix broken automations, missed triggers, and CRM-to-ads data sync issues

Qualifications

Required Skills
Proven experience managing Facebook ad accounts (please share past results or case studies)
Direct experience running both local service ads (lead generation for service-based businesses) and ecommerce ads (product sales, ROAS-driven campaigns)
Hands-on GoHighLevel experience — setup, workflow building, and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of the Facebook → GHL integration stack (lead forms, webhooks, Zapier/native connectors)
Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to work independently across multiple client accounts
Clear written communication for client and team updates
Nice to Have
Experience scaling ad accounts past 6-figure monthly spend
Familiarity with Conversions API setup and server-side tracking
