Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and effectively use multiple computer programs and databases
• Knowledge of community resources is preferred

Summary

Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time FaDSS Family Development Support Specialist to serve families in Clay, Palo Alto, Buena Vista, O’Brien, Osceola, Dickinson and Emmet counties.

This position works directly with families to help them access community resources, apply for services, and navigate crisis situations while working toward long-term stability.
