Job Description:
FedEx is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Support Specialists in a part-time, work-from-home capacity. In this role, you’ll help ensure that FedEx customers receive exceptional service, whether they’re tracking a package, arranging a pickup, or resolving a delivery concern.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide real-time tracking updates and delivery status information.
Assist customers in scheduling pickups and modifying delivery instructions.
Troubleshoot and resolve service issues while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.
Document customer interactions in FedEx systems accurately.
Collaborate with internal FedEx departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional customer service experience preferred).
