This is a fulltime permanent role that will be based at our New Orleans office in Louisiana.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a key leadership role where you’ll take ownership for financial reporting, compliance, and performance insight, while acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership. You’ll play a vital role in shaping financial strategy, supporting business growth, and driving operational efficiency across the organisation.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are someone who enjoys combining hands on financial expertise with strategic influence, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Responsible For</strong></p><ul><li>Leading financial operations for our U.S. business, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial controls</li><li>Overseeing accounting, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including U.S. GAAP and Louisiana tax obligations</li><li>Delivering clear financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth</li><li>Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial performance analysis</li><li>Partnering with senior leaders to drive efficiency, evaluate opportunities, and improve results</li><li>Managing key external relationships, including auditors and banking partners</li><li>Leading and developing a small finance team</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 5+ years’ progressive experience in finance/accounting roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls</li><li>Experience working within Louisiana’s tax and regulatory environment</li><li>Strong Excel and financial systems capability</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>We'd love you to have...</strong></p><ul><li>CPA, CMA, or MBA</li><li>Previous leadership or people management experience</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage or similar)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>You’ll be a self-starter who can quickly understand the business and take ownership of your remit. </li><li>You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and working collaboratively with others to drive results.</li><li>You bring professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to high standards in everything you do.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><ul><li>We offer a competitive remuneration and benefits package.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive working environment</li><li>Scope to develop and lead a finance function</li></ul>
