Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant with a dual focus on HR and Admin tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts while also contributing to human resources and administrative functions. Background in Finance and Accounting Recruitment is preferable.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate to create compelling content and promotional materials.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and assist in lead generation.

  • Cold-calling potential prospects

  • Reach-outs and follow-ups to potential prospects

  • Ability to speak to Senior Finance people about the value proposition.

  1. Human Resources:

  • Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

  • Coordinate training programs and workshops for staff development.

  • Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

  1. Administrative Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

  • Manage communication channels and handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing support.

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative tasks.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite as well as LinkedIn

  • Excellent Orator
