Exciting remote job opportunity with Aurelius Family Office LLC (Bedford, NH)
The CFP®/CPA/PFS™ will primarily develop timely financial plans that incorporate a client’s investments, retirement aims, tax obligations, insurance needs, charitable gifting desires, and estate planning objectives. Additionally, the CFP®/CPA/PFS™ will use various tools to evaluate a client’s financial condition and make recommendations to meet the client’s stated short and long-term financial goals.
This remote position reports to the Managing Principal and will develop and implement financial plans for clients featuring: retirement projections, income tax projections and estimates, risk management analyses and estate plans with subsequent recommendations. The incumbent will also support Aurelius Family Office advisors through financial planning research that helps generate complex financial strategies for clients and prospects. Other key deliverables:
Summarize client and prospect meeting notes and assign tasks.
Research and participate in projects designed to maximize client service.
Review insurance strategies, employee benefits retirement planning, and charitable planning.
Evaluate/refine asset allocations to ensure the investment portfolio matches the client’s risk profile and projected returns to meet the family’s financial goals.
Mentor and provide training and guidance to AFO associate planners.
Required Qualifications:
Certified Public Account with a Personal Financial Specialist or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation
10+years of experience working with SEC registered RIA firm
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Outstanding problem-solving skills (you think outside the box and develop innovative solutions)
Excellent communication skills with a client-oriented focus (you engage your team members, clients and vendors to maximize information exchanges)
A humble spirit (you share your knowledge with team members while being open to learn from others)
Working knowledge of investments, insurance, employee benefits and retirement planning
Ability to work seamlessly with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Wealthbox, Holistiplan, InStream, Orion, eMoney preferred
High integrity and strong work ethic
