Financial Representative (Education-Focused | Flexible, Remote)
We are currently looking to connect with individuals interested in a flexible opportunity within the financial services space.
This is a performance-based, commission-focused independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional hourly or salaried role. For the right individual, this can be a highly rewarding path with strong long-term earning potential, especially for those who are consistent, coachable, and committed to developing their skills.
Our approach is centered around education first. We work with individuals, families, educators, and small business owners to help them better understand their overall financial picture, including areas such as retirement planning, pension benefits, and supplemental strategies.
The solutions we focus on primarily include life insurance, which is designed to provide financial protection for families and loved ones, as well as fixed and indexed annuities, which are structured to help individuals build and protect retirement income over time.
This is not a high-pressure sales environment. The focus is on building long-term relationships, developing trust, and helping clients make informed decisions based on their needs.
We are looking for individuals who communicate well, are coachable and open to learning, and are self-motivated and reliable. A background in customer service or sales can be helpful, but it is not required.
Candidates must be based in the United States due to licensing and contracting requirements. Licensed professionals are preferred, but not required. Those who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain a life insurance license, and we provide guidance throughout the process to help you get started.
We offer a flexible schedule, ongoing training and mentorship, and step-by-step support through the licensing process. This opportunity allows you to build your own book of business over time, with the potential to create a meaningful and scalable income stream based on your effort and consistency.
There are some minimal startup costs associated with getting started. This includes a one-time onboarding fee of approximately $125, as well as applicable state licensing costs. We provide access to discounted pre-licensing courses to help you prepare, and candidates are responsible for covering the cost of the state exam, license application, and fingerprinting requirements. Optional marketing and training programs may also be available for those who choose to further develop their business. We guide you through each step to help ensure you are set up correctly.
This opportunity is offered through a partnership with Our Infinite Company, which provides coaching, support, and assistance with contracting through various insurance carriers.
This is an independent contractor opportunity and compensation is performance-based. It may be best suited for individuals who are open to building income over time rather than those seeking immediate hourly or salaried pay.
