    Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in long-term care and assisted living facilities
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
  • Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels; document any changes
  • Collaborate with facility staff to follow individualized care plans and report necessary adjustments in care, medication, or medical equipment
    Qualifications
  • Active CNA License in South Dakota or eligibility for reciprocity/multi-state transfer
  • Maintain required certification renewals
  • Experience preferred but not required—new CNAs are welcome
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
