Job Summary

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
* Assist customers in finding the best available flight options based on their preferences and budget.
* Process flight reservations, issue tickets, and manage booking modifications as per airline policies.
* Provide accurate information regarding baggage policies, fare rules, and travel restrictions.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, promotions, and industry trends.
* Upsell and cross-sell travel-related services such as seat upgrades, extra baggage, and travel insurance.
* Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the system.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
* Previous experience in airline reservations, travel agencies, or customer service is preferred.
* Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus.
* Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.

Experience
