We are is a UK-based specialist in Oracle Cloud HCM. We also sell a SaaS product which is a addon for these customers, with typical deal sizes of £50k–£250k per year.

What we need (important)

We are hiring a full-cycle seller who will work opportunities from first contact through to signed contract / signup. We will provide technical consultants/SMEs for demos, deep dives, and solution design, but you will own the commercial execution: qualification, deal management, follow-ups, proposals, procurement support, and driving signature.

Offer types you will sell

Consulting / resource placements: Oracle Cloud HCM consultants at £300/day (client billing rate).

SaaS Application which is a addon for Oracle Cloud HCM: annual subscriptions typically £50k–£250k+/year. Our product is the first product in the market.

Responsibilities (full-cycle)

Outbound + inbound qualification and pipeline creation (email/LinkedIn/calls).

Run discovery and manage stakeholders (HR/Payroll/HRIT/Transformation, Procurement).

Coordinate demos with our SMEs; capture requirements and convert to a commercial offer.

Create and maintain: deal notes, next steps, proposal versions, and a Mutual Action Plan (MAP) to close.

Support procurement steps

Weekly pipeline review with us (stage, blockers, next actions, forecast confidence).

Handover to delivery/onboarding once signed.

Success metrics (we care about outcomes, not activity)

First 30 days: messaging + ICP + target accounts + active pipeline build.

By day 60: at least 2 opportunities at proposal/commercial stage (SaaS or consulting), 1 consulting placements with MAPs agreed.

By day 90: target 1 signed SaaS deal or 2 consulting placements (or equivalent signed revenue), depending on cycle length and buyer readiness.

Tools & expenses (please read)

You must use your own outbound tools (LinkedIn workflow, email tooling, dialler/VOIP, data sources).

We will provide domains/email identities as required.

Compensation (tell us your preferred model)

We are open to:

  • Low retainer + commission (month-to-month), or
  • Commission-heavy with milestones, or

Please propose your structure clearly.

Ideal experience

  • Proven full-cycle B2B closing (SaaS and/or consulting/services).
  • Comfortable with procurement, multi-stakeholder deals, and structured close plans (MAP).
  • HR/Payroll/HR tech experience is a plus; Oracle ecosystem knowledge is a plus.
