About the Role

As a Franchise Sales Executive, you’ll lead full-cycle sales efforts—from first outreach to signed deal. Your focus will be on converting franchise groups and multi-location businesses who are ready for a modern hiring solution. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and product to drive results and help shape our next stage of growth.

    What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and qualify new franchise and multi-unit opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, and closing
  • Clearly articulate Business Draft’s value and ROI
  • Build and manage a strong, clean pipeline
  • Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve messaging, process, and product
    What You Bring
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably SaaS or tech)
  • Proven success in full-cycle selling with strong close rates
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and accountable in a remote setting
  • Bonus: Experience working with franchise brands or multi-location businesses
    Compensation & Benefits
  • $120,000 OTE (base salary + uncapped commission)
