Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise across Oracle Financials (preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP), capable of:
Leading client demonstrations (end-to-end)
Supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery
Configuring and showcasing complete finance processes
Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders (CFO, Finance Directors, Transformation Leads)

This role requires someone who can bridge consulting, delivery, and client engagement, not just configuration.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Solution Demonstration

Lead live demos of Oracle Finance modules covering:

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Record-to-Report (R2R)

Financial Close & Consolidation

Configure demo environments to reflect:

Industry-specific scenarios

Client-specific requirements

Present integrated flows, not siloed modules

2. Functional Consulting & Solution Design

Gather and refine business requirements

Design Oracle Finance solutions aligned to:

Best practices

Client operating model

Translate business needs into:

Functional configurations

Solution architecture inputs

3. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

Support RFPs, bids, and solution responses

Participate in:

Client workshops

Discovery sessions

Value articulation discussions

Clearly explain:

ROI

Transformation benefits

Migration pathways (e.g., legacy ERP → Oracle Cloud)

4. Configuration & Delivery Support

Configure Oracle Financials modules such as:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash Management (CM)

Support:

SIT/UAT cycles

Data migration validation

Go-live readiness

5. Stakeholder Management

Engage with:
CFOs / Finance Directors
IT leadership
Transformation teams
Communicate complex solutions in business-friendly language

Core Skills & Experience

Essential

8+ years of Oracle Finance consulting experience

Strong expertise in:

Oracle Fusion Financials (preferred) or Oracle EBS Financials

Proven experience delivering:

End-to-end demos

Client-facing presentations

Deep understanding of:

Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)

Financial controls and compliance

Hands-on configuration experience

Desirable

Experience with:

Multi-entity / multi-currency environments

Public sector or regulated industries

Knowledge of:

Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)

Integration concepts (APIs, middleware)

Exposure to:

Finance transformation programmes

Cloud migration journeys
