We are currently looking for a freelance recruiter to help us source and screen candidates for general laborers, roofing helpers, and foremen in the roofing and construction industry across Virginia, USA.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and databases

• Screen applicants based on job requirements

• Profile sharing of only those candidates that are interested and willing to pursue the opportunity

Ideal Experience:

• Prior experience recruiting for construction/roofing/skilled trades or general labor

• Familiarity with the U.S. job market, especially Virginia

• Strong communication and organizational skills
