Freelance Trainer Quality Test Architect - Contract to Hire
Role Summary
The Intelligent Quality Architect Freelance Trainer is responsible for delivering an advanced, AI-augmented Quality Engineering capability-building program for mid-senior QE professionals. This role goes beyond tool-based training and focuses on architectural thinking, AI-assisted testing strategies, systems-level quality design, and real-world application through case-driven learning.
The mentor acts as a practitioner, architect, and coach, enabling learners to transition from traditional QE roles into Intelligent Quality Architect personas.
Professional Experience
- 15+ years in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or QE Architecture roles.
- Proven experience designing or leading enterprise-scale QE or testing architectures.
- Hands-on exposure to modern SDLC, DevOps, DevSecOps, and cloud-native systems.
- Experience mentoring or coaching mid-senior engineers.
Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of:
o Functional, API, E2E, performance, mobile, and NFR testing
o Microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures
o CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
o Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to testing, including LLM-assisted test design, Test impact analysis, Anomaly detection, Testing GenAI-based applications
- Familiarity with tools such as (or equivalents):
o UI/API automation frameworks
o k6/JMeter for performance
o Appium for mobile
o OWASP ZAP, Snyk, axe for security/accessibility
o GenAI platforms and LLMs
