We are seeking a skilled and strategic Full stack Developer to lead the development and implementation of digital marketing solutions across custom-built platforms and off-the-shelf solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEMaaCS) and Kontent.ai CMS platforms. This role bridges the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring seamless delivery of engaging, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences.







Your Impact






  • Lead end-to-end marketing technology projects, including custom web applications and CMS-based solutions, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.








  • Translate marketing objectives into technical requirements and actionable development plans aligned with timelines and deliverables.








  • Develop and maintain modern web solutions, including custom applications and CMS platforms (Kontent and AEMaaCS), ensuring quality, performance, and responsive design.








  • Manage and optimize CMS and MarTech platforms, including integrations with CRM, analytics, and personalization tools, while maintaining documentation and best practices.








  • Drive innovation and optimization by adopting emerging technologies and implementing enhancements to improve user experience, SEO, site performance, and personalization initiatives.









Your Experience and Qualifications






  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, Marketing Technology, or related field with 2 - 4+ years of experience in web development, preferably including AEMaaCS development.








  • Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, Java for AEMaaCS). Experience with AEMaaCS architecture, Sling models, JCR, and Adobe Cloud integrations.








  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and tag management tools. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.








  • Adobe Certified Expert – AEMaaCS Sites Developer. Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance (WCAG).








  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
