Full-Time Professional Video Editor
AmzExact is hiring a professional Video Editor + YouTube long videos, Shorts/Reels, and other video platforms.
This role is for someone who can deliver premium, polished, retention-focused edits and also handle content + scripting ONLY for faceless videos.
For YouTube long videos, you will be provided raw footage — your responsibility is to edit it professionally (clean pacing, strong hook, engaging flow, platform-ready output).
- Key Responsibilities) Professional Video Editing (YouTube + All Video Platforms)
- Edit raw footage into high-quality, professional videos (no amateur work)
- Strong pacing + retention editing (remove pauses, fillers, repeated lines)
- Add captions/subtitles with correct timing (English/Hinglish as needed)
- Add on-screen text, callouts, highlights, icons, and clean transitions
- Use relevant B-roll / stock clips / screen recordings where required
- Improve audio quality (noise reduction, leveling, clarity)
- High level olor correction for a clean consistent look
- Export videos in platform-optimized formats (YouTube + vertical 9:16)
- 2) Shorts / Reels (Retention Focused)
- Create short-form clips with a strong hook in first 1–2 seconds
- Fast cuts, engaging captions, clear structure, high watch time focus
- Make multiple shorts from long videos when required
- 3) Content & Script (Faceless Videos Only)
- Suggest faceless video ideas and topics (business/eCommerce/Amazon niche)
- Write faceless scripts (Hindi/Hinglish/English as required)
- Create outlines (hook → problem → solution → steps → CTA)
- Provide voiceover-ready scripts + visual suggestions (what to show where)
- Professional Standards (Non-Negotiable)

- Skills Required
- Proven experience editing YouTube long-form + Shorts/Reels
- Strong retention editing sense (YouTube-first mindset)
- Expertise in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve etc
- Good understanding of hooks, storytelling flow, and platform optimization
