    Job Description:
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to both HR and Operations, helping remove day-to-day operational tasks from leadership so they can remain focused on higher-level strategic initiatives.
  • Executive Support: Triage and respond to urgent requests from firm partners with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring priorities are handled quickly and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • HR and Operations Collaboration: Work closely with the HR Manager and Director of Operations to support department-wide initiatives, contributing to the smooth coordination of projects and internal processes across the firm.
  • Meeting Success Metrics: Support the team in achieving defined KPIs and success metrics by maintaining strong organization, follow-through, and accountability in daily responsibilities.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the firm while working on-site, allowing you to build a deep understanding of team workflows, priorities, and processes so you can execute tasks with accuracy and confidence.
    Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role. Exposure to HR responsibilities or experience within a law firm environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Bilingual Communication (English/Spanish): Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  • Proactive Attitude: Demonstrates strong ownership and follow-through, anticipating needs, taking initiative, and ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly with minimal direction.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Works effectively in a team-oriented environment, partnering cross-functionally while remaining open to feedback and aligned with shared goals.
  • Professionalism: Maintains a calm, positive, and solution-oriented approach, even when navigating competing priorities or high-pressure situations.
