Hi! I’m the founder of TruthSpeaks 365, a company that empowers young women to share their stories of overcoming adversity with youth.
We also have a nonprofit called Character Move, and we’re launching a new initiative:
TruthSpeaks 365 Emerging Women Speakers Fellowship
This is a 12-month program for college-age women that combines speaking training, real-world experience, and a structured internship component.

## About the Program
- Participants will:
- Receive weekly speaking training and mentorship
- Gain real-world experience through live events
- Complete a structured internship (12–15 hours/week) in areas such as outreach, content, and event support
- Learn how to secure their own speaking opportunities
- Present at a final showcase and fundraising banquet

## What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can not only write grants, but think strategically about what opportunities align with our mission and programs.
This is not just a one-time project we’re looking to build a long-term working relationship with someone who can grow with us.
- Someone who can:
- Understand our mission and vision deeply
- Identify strong, aligned grant opportunities without needing constant direction
- Think proactively and bring ideas to the table
- Translate our programs into clear, compelling grant language

## Scope of Work (Phase-Based)
- ### Phase 1: Research & Recommendation
- Identify 3–5 aligned grant opportunities
- Clearly explain why each is a strong fit
- Recommend the best opportunity to pursue
Compensation: $250–$350

- ### Phase 2: Grant Application (if we continue)
- Complete 1 full grant application
- Support with writing, structure, and submission
Compensation: $400–$600
